CANCELLATION POLICY

It is understandable that sometimes things happen and you may need to cancel your appointment. If this is the case, appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled within 24hours of your scheduled time in order to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. For no call no shows, the full amount of the service(s) booked will automatically be charged 15mins after your scheduled time.
